HAI Lighting Control Lighting Control in 220V and 230V: HAI Lighting Control

Although our Omni and Lumina control systems are compatible with both 110V and 220/240V systems, our lighting control products (HLC) are designed for the 110V market only.  To address the 220V/50Hz lighting control issue, we offer many options using different technologies and in various price ranges.   View the complete list of official lighting control partners.

The first partner we have in the 220V marketplace on this list is CentraLite.  HAI home control systems support the Elegance, LiteJet, StarLite, and JetStream lighting systems from CentraLite. The HAI home control systems have a built-in driver for these CentraLite products - simply connect the CentraLite system to one of the HAI system's serial ports.

HAI controllers have integration with the Lutron HomeWorks lighting and shade system, as well as Lutron RadioRa and RadioRa2.  HAI also integrates with Clipsal and Dynalite lighting control products.

Our Premier Distributor in India, Eloka Enterprises, offers their own 220/240V hard-wired lighting products using the CentraLite protocol to communicate with the HAI system.  For information on their products, please contact Jay Ram.

Our Southern European Premier Distributor, Sistema Casa offers a lighting control system that works at 230V, 50Hz fully integrated with HAI controllers. The solution is based on the EDS bus system that includes a variety of modules distributed or Din Rail centralized. The gateway for HAI controllers is connected to a serial port using the HAI ASCII Lighting Protocol (ALP).

One of our Connectivity Partners, PLLC in Australia, has developed their own 220V solution based on the same UPB (Universal Powerline Bus) technology that we use for our HLC products.
